On June 15 at Quinta da Ribafria in Sintra it happened the gastronomic experience Momentum - From the Forest to the Plate, a sensorial experience. The menu created by the students of the MsC in Innovation in Culinary Arts of the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies was served to a restricted group of guests with the service of Imppacto, Catering & Events. The gastronomic experience marked the 10th anniversary of the movement Plantar uma Árvore and was performed by the Byfurcação Theater Company. Imppacto, Catering & Eventos is proud to be a patron in the educational and environmental area and to allow students in real context to develop this kind of projects. A sharing of knowledge and know-how for the valorization of Portuguese forests and the work developed by movement Plantar uma Árvore.
